I created this original paper sculpture of a brown bear in a forest by painting heavy duty watercolor paper with acrylic paint and then cutting and layering each piece to create depth. The result is a whimsical, one of a kind piece that would look great in any room, but especially in a woodland nursery or a cabin.

The colors would really pop in a white shadowbox. (not included) See photos for ideas for matting and framing. It has an approximate 1/8" white border which can be trimmed if necessary for framing.

Wedding Wine Glasses For The Bride And Groom

 

This is a set of two (2) mint green wine glasses that have been painted with deep red and white roses. I attached a sprig of tiny white seed beads to the stem of each glass with a white ribbon. What a lovely set of glasses for the wedding toast. And then a cherished keepsake from the wedding day. These would be a unique bridal shower gift. Or treat yourself, you deserve it.

These goblets were painted with non-toxic acrylic enamel so they are perfectly safe to use. I heat set the paint so it is quite durable. The manufacturer of paint states 'top rack dishwasher safe', I would highly suggest gentle hand wash, just as you would any other special piece you may have. The ribbon is not secured so just untie it to remove before washing.
